Audio safety & beta notice
MaxVRS is beta software under active development. Unexpected behaviour, including sudden loud sounds, may occur.
MaxVRS includes an output safety limiter and additional protection measures designed to reduce excessive signal levels. These measures cannot guarantee safe listening levels or prevent every possible fault.
Start with your audio interface, speakers or headphones at a low volume, especially when loading unfamiliar presets or experimenting with resonance, feedback and effects. You are responsible for setting appropriate listening levels and using your audio equipment safely. If unexpected loud output occurs, stop playback and lower your monitoring volume before continuing.

MaxVRS is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Error-free or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your mandatory statutory rights.
